Avocado Milkshake

When we hear of the word “avocado”, we could instantly link to many healthy foods that people have created such as avocado salad, dip, spread, and much more. Reason being, avocado is a good source of fruit that contains nearly 20 vitamins and minerals that can help you fight off disease and infection. Besides, avocado is full of fibre that can enhance our digestive system. It is important for us to consume enough vitamins and minerals for every process and function in our daily lives. Hence today, I will be sharing with all of you a really simple yet power packed with nutrient milkshake – Avocado Milk Shake 🙂

Now, let us start to prepare this milkshake!

Ingredients per serving :

  • 2 ripped avocado, sliced into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Basically, the only step to get this ready is mixing all the ingredients with using a blender and there you go, a simple, delicious and most importantly healthy smoothie is done!

Tip for you, if the avocados are not ripe enough, you can store the avocados at room temperature, keeping in mind that they can take 4 to 5 days to ripen. To speed up the ripening process, put them in a paper bag along with an apple or banana.
